if your body isnt hurting the day after uve been gym does that mean u wasnt properly exercising?
and that it is not working?? because ive started the gym and been really working hard and havnt been in any pain.. but other exercises ive done in the past like zumba and home dvds i have been in pain the next morning i dont feel like its working :(

By the sounds of it, it does seem like you aren't pushing hard enough.
Usually after around 3 weeks of training your body does get used to working out. Not everyone feels pain after working out. But you say that you get sore from "Zumba", which to me sounds like you aren't pushing yourself....
I suggest going with a friend to help push each other.
