Yes, you can. Towards the end of the game, if you return to Lanayru, the Thunder Dragon, in the Lanayru Desert, he will give you the option to relive any past battle or any of the four Silent Realms. You are also given rewards for each trial or battle you complete.

If you mean the same one, there is a dragon that will give you the hylian shield if you either redo all the he boss battles you did or redo all the silent realms
