yahoo mail - cannot view my emails?

Question

My specific problem is:
I can enter my emails but when I click on the actual emails it says 

'We’re sorry, but there appears to be a problem loading the email "RE: pls assist".'
RETRY
but ofcourse rety does nothing and there is no way to access my emails which r my life and work lol
this is crazy.


So I went through customer support and after only 3 pages of the wrong info it actually says we offer no support!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO SUPPORT!!!!!!!!! NO direct customer email or tech or anything..yahoo has no 1-1 support so your life is basically open to abuse an no one cares even when they are behind it.


What has happened to the new yahoo mail!!!???
It is appalling and after over 10 years I am considering changing my email though it has all my l...my life on it lol
Seriously every day it is more unstable and add heavy.
Didn't yahoo use to be one of the largest companies?

Obviously ill be changing to gmail at great personal and financial cost after i have sorted this :?

please advise :D

Hi.  There is a problem at the moment, but there is a workaround.

If you log into Yahoo and then click on the 'gear' symbol at the top right of your screen and choose 'mail options' and then 'general', at the bottom you will see an option to select 'Basic'.  Select that and then click 'save' at the top of the screen.  And you should now be able to access your emails.

Bloody Yahoo...had nothing but trouble since I changed from another provider...YES done all the above and clicking BASIC makes no difference...can not view the content of my sent email..THE SOLUTION...will be changing email provider in August....after the holidays
