How to cure lycanthropy in Skyrim?
Basically I did that whole quest to cure Kodlak. I killed all the witches but only took 1 head. After I completed curing Kodlak I never got a quest given to me by Vilkas or Falkas to cure them. I went back and collected the rest of the witches heads. But now they're just giving me side quests and when I go to the tomb it doesn't let me activate the fire. I can't go back to my old save as I've done other stuff since then. I'm stuck! Help!

It is kind of "glitched" you just have to keep going back.
-Vilkas and Farkas will offer the Purity Quest (however, Farkas will want you help him kill a Dragon first).
-Aela will offer the 3 quest for the Totems of Hiricine (however, will not offer the Purity Quest to be cured) NOTE: Don't take her as a Follower until complete; and don't marry her until all Companion questlines.
NOTE: You can SAVE before you go into Jrovaskr and it the don't offer the quest Reload the Game and try again.

You can try finding the a saved game that is during the quest and loading it. I don't know if Skyrim keeps every single one of your saved games forever, but it does keep a **** ton of em.

Well what I did was I took all the heads of the witches and went to the blue fire, fought my spirit and poof, Lycan-free.

If it is on PC you can look up the name of the quest and then give it to yourself via console.
