Is it just me, or are the sounds of the late 70s and 80s coming back in popular music lately?

I've totally noticed some new well-played songs on the radio have a very distinct late 70s, early 80s sound to them? Does anyone else see this? I actually really like it, if you can think of any other examples, please let me know! Thanks!

Here's a few examples I came up with off the top of my head:

Treasure - Bruno Mars

Lucky - Daft Punk

True Love - Pink (this one might just be me thinking it sounds 80s-ish, not sure lol)

Anyway, let me know if you agree or not. I'd love to see more new music go in the direction though!

Update:

Of course Caleb! How could I forget Blurred Lines! I love that song! JT's "Mirrors" has sort of 80s power ballad feel to it too I think.

Nope it's not just you. The most popular song out right now Blurred Lines was based of early 80s music. Everyone loves and it shows that old music will always be the best.

Erm, I thought you were talking about Witchcraft, 80's pop music sucks.

Not just music, but in clothing and hairstyles too. Its almost as if designers ran out of ideas so they just repeat history.

70's and 80's are NEVER out.
