Initial programming required on verizon phone?
I recently got a verizon phone on ebay and when i turn it on it says "Initial programming required" I know i have to call the *228 number but when i try that and I press one it says "enter the number you are calling about" and i dont know what number to put PLEASE HELP

It wants your phone number, after which it will send you to Verizon customer service, to a rep who will help you activate your phone.
