Just start taking things into you're own hands. Start saying no. (You're allowed to stand up for what you want). Also try suggesting things that you think would make it interesting! And... if it's still going bad tell him straight out.

Oh my. trust me even I went through the same phase similar to yours. Tell him truly about what you feel and what you want. It may hurt you and him,but thats the right way. You don't want problems later. A better present will make a better future.
