Fallout Question New Vegas?
I own Fallout 3 Goty, Was my first crack at the game and i absolutely love it, i will play it for many more hours until ive seen and done everything. my question is as follows, I have not tried fallout 1 and 2 but i went ahead and watched the core intro and endings for both of the classic games.
Will I like Fallout new Vegas ultimate addition if I love fallout 3
a side question how long is the game play? if you stuck to the straight path and also explored everything, replay value as well ?

I'm sure you will enjoy FNV. The main questline can be done in pretty much the same time as in 3 but there are dozens of side quests to do, I believe even more than in 3. Lots of replay value as well because of the many factions you can choose, the karma system, etc.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, the story and atmosphere doesn't live up to 3 but nonetheless the gameplay and DLCs were a lot of fun.

Fallout NV is comparable in length to Fallout 3. I enjoyed it a good bit, as the weapon mods made it a lot of fun. However, the enemies are a good bit tougher (and glitchier), and you can get frustrated by being 1 hit by the dumbest looking mobs.
Also, while the environment is diverse, it isn't quite as immersive as Fallout 3.
