Okay, lets see if I can help you with this. So what your saying is you had your eyes examined recently and you need glasses that would be -.75 on both eyes, but your current glasses are -.50 in both eyes. Well of course it would be best if you could get glasses with your new prescription, but for now just wear your glasses like you have been and if anything maybe even a little bit often. Your glasses are just slightly under powered meaning that they aren't correcting your vision fully but they still help much more than not having any glasses to wear.
Now let me see if i can explain about why things seem much more blurry after you have been wearing your glasses and then take them off. First of all that is very normal to happen. When your not wearing your glasses your eyes accommodate, meaning they adjust and kind of refocus because your young and allow you to see pretty good even without your glasses, but when you put your glasses on and wear them for several hours your eyes relax and use the power of the glasses to allow you to see without any strain. But then when you remove your glasses, your eyes have adjusted to the prescription of your lenses and now it takes a few minutes for them to refocus without them. So when you first take off your glasses that is what your actual vision is. If you soon get your glasses updated with your new prescription you will notice even more when you take off your glasses after wearing them a little while how blurry things are. But you will alos find your new prescription will give you slightly better vision when your wearing them.
I hope I helped and didn't get you more confused.

I suggest you don't wear them because they will make your eye sight even worst and wearing the wrong glasses can cause supper blurred, painful headaches, eye pain etc go to your optician to get your eyes tested so they can prescribe you the right glasses for your eye sight, in England it free if you are under 18 or on benefit.
Eat lot of green vegetables, fruit, milk and drink plenty of water it wouldn't completely clear your vision but it will keep your eyes healthy and moisturize which will reduce blur, vegetables, fruits and water is essential in a overall healthy lifestyle, if you cant eat 5 fruits a day or dont have time you can juice it and just drink it on the go, you can also take vitamins which will supply you nutrients you wouldn't otherwise get but you cant take them as a substitute for varied and balanced diet.
Omega 3 is really good for maintaining normal cardiac functioning Brain functioning and vision. i take 2 capsule a day.

The comment above me is either A.) A joke ( A very bad one at that) or B.) The illiterate and incoherant rambling of someone attemping to use a second or even third language very unsuccessfully. It s sad and funny at the same time. The prescription in your lenses is not your visual acuity. 20/20 (Normal "perfect" Vision) is just saying you meet a certain standard of vision. The numbers represented in your RX (Prescription) are relevant to how much diopter power(measurement of how much light is being bent) are in the lens at what angle. (Ex. Right Eye: -0.75 -0.50 x 160) Understand that one is a measurement of how far you can see in relation to a standard, while the other is the exact amount of diopters required for you to see the most clear. I hope this helps you understand vision as a whole a little bit better. :)

If you apply a white or light glittery color in the inner corner of your eyes that will make them look bright er and more awake. Using eyeliner on the top and bottom lid also help to emphasize the eye. Just don't go too dark!! Then it just looks scary! lol
