What overall score/percentage do I need to get a 2:1 at university?
My second year counts as 25% anx I got 51% which boderline 2:2 [low] what would I need to get a 2:1 overall when I graduate?

Depends on the university, but its usually:
60% for a 2:1
70% for a first
In your case you would need at least 69% in your third year, to balance out to 60% overall.
