Does a brazilian wax hurt?

I am having it done tomorrow im scared of the pain and a women judging my vagina :/

    My friend who is a girl said it hurts at first but than the pain goes away in a short amount of time, and they won't judge your vagina they've seen hundreds of vaginas they are used to seeing them.

    my sister was supposed to have a bikini wax for her cruise but the woman gave her a Brazilian by accident, she said it did hurt! telling the truth x

    But it does hurt like hell !
