Today I read about Florida and a law connected to smoking and jobs, is it true?

this article said in order for people to be employed in Florida that they would have to be tested for nicotine, if they tested positive, they could not be employed or hired by the employer... is this gov mint control? is it a restriction on our freedoms and Last question... What if you worked ina smoke shop that allowed sales of cigarettes/cigars? one last part also, how would that effect insurance of o bummers health carelessness being forced upon this entire nation??? is that gov mint extortion? gov mint control???? just Curious,as to whom it taxes most for those that it taxes least.and is it gov mint control?

    you are not completely correct.

    It is ONE FL COUNTY (Flagler) and it is ONE EMPLOYER (the county itself). It is not all jobs in the entire state.

    And, it is being challenged as possibly Unconstitutional.
