bad. you will overwhelm her and just scare her off. Just call/text her, tell her that you have likes her for quite some time (or whatever the case may be) and ask her to coffee, ice cream, lunch or something like that. Not a full dinner though- too soon. and don't spill your guts,, it really will just scare her and make her thing your weird

You can't keep your feeling locked up away forever. Miracles don't happen commonly. You should tell her if you want to start a relationship or just let her know how you feel.
It's your choice, things will happen depending on what you choose to do.
