WERE there any SV Suzuki crusiers?

Anything shorter than the 30 "+ seat, maybe 2 shocks?

    No.

    the SV designation was used by Suzuki for a naked sport bike and a faired sportbike with one of two engines 650cc and 1000cc.

    The same two engines were also used in the DL650 and DL1000 Vstrom motorcycles.

    None of these had two shocks or were of a cruiser type.
