you won't be eligible for any grant money
you might be eligible for student loans, depending on how much your current federal student loans are
if you have hit the aggregate limit, then you have no loans

You can apply for federal loans by fafsa form online. You may be eligible for work-study programs or scholarships as well. It depends upon your need and eligibility. So give it a shot and find out.
