Can you freeze edible soybeans in the shell?
I love soybeans and planted lots in the garden this year...they take forever to shell and I am not keeping up tring to shell them frozen. Does anyone know if it's safe to blanch the beans and freeze them in the pods. It would save me a lot of time

After you blanch them, dry them well. Put on a cookie sheet in 1 layer and freeze. When you pack them in bags, they should not clump together.

Yes you can blanch and freeze in the pods. They come from the store that way as well.
