Does anyone care that Carl Edwards won his 2nd race of the year?

After the events of the past few days, it's easy to overlook the 99 team and their victory at Richmond. Is this Carl's year for a Cup championship?

People care but as you can see it was overshadowed by the controversy (which apparently just opened up a little more as NASCAR is now investigating whether David Gilliland further helped Joey Logano into the Chase).

The Richmond race prior to the Chase & the Ford 400 race winners are usually overshadowed now anyway, but not ignored.

Yes I care. I'm happy for him even though Ryan Newman should have won.

I think he's fired up and has a great shot to win the Cup. We'll see if Jimmie gets out of his funk, if KB can keep from imploding, if Matt is for real or if he'll suffer with Gibbs equipment, or if one of the other teams will come out of the pack to surprise us.

Carl Edwards is my favorite driver so yes, I care!

I would love for Carl Edwards to win the title this year but I think Matt Kenseth will win the title.

Actually Nascar is arguably the hardest sport today.

Roush doesn't have enough speed to compete for this title, barring a complete turnaround.

Thanks for pointing that out. I care but no It is going to be hard to beat JJ, Kyle and Matt this year. One of Those 3 will win it IMO.
