I would do the deal. I don't think it's as close as the first guy, though.

    What you're getting:

You know what you're getting from Manning. He's not a lock for 20+ points/game. Especially when the Broncos get the running game figured out, which they will. He will get you at least 15, though. He's a way more consistent play than Foster.

Nicks is also a known commodity. He's played in the league long enough to know that he'll get his targets and he'll get his catches. You won't be getting top-10 WR numbers, but you'll get a top-20/25 WR. Solid enough to throw in as your WR2 or Flex, depending on your roster.

    What you're losing:

A (potential) top 3 RB when you're already fairly shallow at the RB position. When completely healthy and used a lot, Foster will put up monster numbers and will also pull in some catches for you out of the backfield. He's a dynamite player. With his recent injury concerns, however, you can't really tell how much they're going to be using Tate in the offense. I'd say that alone is worth the trade for Manning.

Miles Austin is a sneaky WR2/Flex this year that was being way undervalued, as far as I'm concerned. I think we'll see a lot of his 2011 production return and his upside is that of a top-15 WR. I think the Cowboys are going to throw a lot this year, and I've tried to get Austin in as many of my leagues as possible.

    Advice:

    Do the deal if:

    A) It's a 2-QB league: If it's a 1-QB, you don't need Romo and Pryor. Trade one of them for a RB or WR.

    B) You're comfortable with starting Murray and Ridley and pretty much hoping nothing happens to them for the rest of the season (Murray is very injury-prone)

Yes, manning is always going to get 20+ points. Plus kubiak said Tate and foster would share carries. Also, Nicks is an upgrade from Austin
