It is pretty certain that no other body in this solar system will support human life without some equipment. Nothing is known about other systems. There are a few guesses, but they are not encouraging.

Mars and Venus are the only ones. Other than Earth, they are the only ones in what's known as the "habitable zone" (not too far from the sun and not too close).

Mars (they are actually thinking about colonizing there in the next decade or so) or Europa (a moon of Jupiter.) There is evidence of a liquid ocean below the surface that could support life.

Earth only. We'd be burned to death on Venus, and we'd freeze to death on Mars. We don't have anything with the power to heat ourselves on Mars.
