Is it bad to weight lift both arms and legs in the same day?

I heard somewhere that it's best to alternate between the two daily, but I'm new so i have no idea.

    it depends every person have different way of thinking

    some prefer doing all the chest, biceps and triceps exercises on the same day but others prefer doing leg exercises with biceps and mic them it doesnt really matter

    what matters is that you do it with perfection the exercise that you are doing like while doing biceps exercise with dumbbells your elbows should be slightly touching your waist and your arms go full down and comes full up and things like that

    i would say if you want to remain active for the rest of the day then use one particular type of muscle one day
