How do you block someone on yahoo answers?

So i asked a question, wondering if anyone thought they knew what the secret to immortality was, and it was flagged. i asked y it was flagged and i end up getting attitude from some bratty girl who, from her profile has spent more time and effort trying to get people banned from this site more than asking and answering questions. i was just wondering if anyone THOUGHT they knew how to get immortality, not trying to get "giggles" or anything. anyways, is there a way to block people like this, or will humanity have to suffer from their continual existence on this site?

    To block a user, hover over or click on their avatar and click Block User.

    Go to their activities & click on block next to their avatar, but you ask a Q that can't possibly be answered and that is what I call misusing the site.
