How different are these two sentences-English grammar with dating question?

Is there a difference when a girl says:

looking forward to SEE you next week, and looking forward to connecting next week? (we will see each other next week btw)

and what does it mean when a girl says this.

There really is no difference, it just is the girls way of speaking.

Example, some people say "See ya later" and some say "Catch ya tommorow" and yet others just simply say "Bye". It's different person to person, it's HOW it is said, not what is said.

I can't tell you what she meant, only you can.
