¿que lenguajes o software me servirian para diseñar un visualizador 3d?

quiero diseñar un app que pueda cargar en un dispositivo, ya sea android o windows movile que me permita visualizar archivos 3d como los modelados en autocad.

    WebGL soporta 3D. Puedes hacerlo con Phonegap y utilizando una libreria de Javascript que se llama Three.js
