I got a question for Jehovah's Witness'? about atoms?
all things are made of matter.
all matter is made of atoms.
And you claim everyone will be ressurected onto Paradise Earth?
However, you are aware there is nothing after death you are aware that your body ROTS, and those atoms that were you are broken down and someone else or something else gets those atoms...
So then, if your body is completely broken down, how will you get your atoms back if another person, or even another JW has your atoms? Is he going to take if from them and give it to you?
or the unsaved, will he take their atoms and make them you? the atoms that were once their brin cells, heart cells etc.?
Is he going to clone the atoms that were once you?
It makes me wonder how you can believe in ressurection when yours and everyones bodies rot and break away to become another part of nature, or "dirt" to bluntly put it.
because you cannot create atoms.
and all that you are is the atoms you are made of... you are what the atoms are.
but I also say that your brain cells are atoms and that's where your personality is, in the brain.
damage it enough and you become a different person. likewise, using the atoms of the sol will just be a clone of you and not actually you.
@spider: let's not talk about sharp tools in the shed, your the on who believes the stuff.
*ahem* atoms cannot be created or destroyed. so he'd have to take atoms from somewhere, but they have to be YOUR atoms, as I have said, personality is in the brain, a memory is a series of neurons reacting with each other electrochemically.
and if we're on the topic of the omnipotence of god:
"Could an omnipotent being create a stone so heavy that even he could not lift it?" If he could lift the rock, then it seems that the being would not have been omnipotent to begin with in that he would have been incapable of creating a heavy enough stone; if he could not lift the stone, then it seems that the being either would never have been omnipotent to begin with or would have ceased to be omnipotent upon his creation of the stone."
and let's not forget this:
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then
he is malevolent.
Is he both able, and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God.

humans are logical beings believe it or not, look: we have civilizations, we follow structures, we have patterns, we SEEK patterns.
what we know currently know can change, yes, but not because it is proven wrong, but because new facts arise, and we must think new hypotheses to incorporate these newly discovered facts.
facts are not lies; 1+1=2 is a fact.

“With God all things are possible,” said Jesus, though insurmountable for men to do.
(Matthew 19:26) He is omnipotent. He's the God of “wisdom and mightiness.” (Job 12:13) Of course, he could not go contrary to what He is or against His own will. What you are mentioning regarding the resurrection, though not reusing the same atoms, God does not need the exact same atoms to recreate you if you die and are brought back. And you'll truly be . . . uh . . . YOU. But here's a thought, scientists are still studying. They're still trying to figure things out. So if what you mention about atoms is due to what you learned regarding what scientists say right now, they change at times. You cannot go by imperfect mans conclusions in all things. I'm not saying you God can recreate using the same old atoms, perhaps that is not something he can do per se. It may not be his will to do so since they go into other things. Now, if all they become is dirt, then he can reuse that same dirt as it were, if he wanted to. Again, it is about what his laws and will are. Hebrews 11:3 says "that what is beheld has come to be out of things that do not appear." Romans 1:20 tells us these show his "even his eternal power and Godship." He is the Creator and Re-creator. (Matthew 19:28; Revelation 4:11) To the extreme God cannot do some things. Yes, some things are impossible for Jehovah God to do, such as die, lie, be seen physically by imperfect humans, do anything that is wicked or that would support it at all. He cannot go against himself, what He is. But since he is God, you cannot put a limit on the power of his holy spirit, the most powerful force within the entire universe or within anywhere that exists. You are thinking of him on human terms and thinking. He's higher. (Isaiah 55:8, 9) The Bible mentions: "God is not a man that he should tell lies, neither a son of mankind that he should feel regret. Has he himself said it and will he not do it, and has he spoken and will he not carry it out?" (Numbers 23:19) Jehovah's Witnesses are ready to help anyone study the Bible and put faith in it. You are welcome to such yourself. After you do this, then make a statement of whether it is true or not.

wally and tim f and goshine2 prove what the JWs are trying to hide. and while the verse flesh and blood cannot enter the kingdom, glorified flesh can (Jesus resurrected body). ~~you tell them Anna ! ! ! ~~ how can you say that fixerken when others have already confirmed the quote it a true one? quite blowing smoke and lieing to us all. ~~~ hahahah grandpa and Abdijah.. telling stories again? since when did the KJV need a séance to make their bible like the NWT did? there are rules against communicating with the dead.... ``` evidently Vot and Pinkribbon are so smart they forgot to read the confirmations in the other answers. ---angelmusic1914 did you not read in your bible that God buried moses and no man knows where?? ---jeshurun, the jew knew about the Holy Spirit, even though it had not been poured out. they also knew about the son of God as it is in the psalms. why do you think Jesus was so upset with them for not believeing? they DID know about the trinity in the OT. I believe Thomas knew exactly what he was saying, unlike so many JWs ! ! !

Who said God would use the same atoms to recreate the person?
If the architect has the original plans can he not just build the person from scratch using whatever he choses? Perhaps the soil beneath your feet. Why does he have to use the same atoms?

Simply put, sometimes we have to admit that we're not the most intelligent persons in the equation. How God will resurrect individuals is his job, not ours. I'm trying hard to work on being there so I can ask him these kinds of questions.
(Mark 10:27) . . .“With men it is impossible, but not so with God, for all things are possible with God.”

God holds the blueprint on each one of us he won't need to use some old matter to bring us back. It don't sound like you are the sharpest tool in the tool box.
