Yes Blogger is nice.
You can also try some of the big sites!
They really arent that bad of sites there is a lot of nice people on them too.
Tumblr is really nice you can reblog things and original stuff, man people just eat that stuff up! They love it! But make sure to put your blog name or your name on every picture/gif/text thing you post to credit yourself.
Also there is pintrest, its nice too.
You can dry devinart. Its not that bad either.
