Can someone help me with this physics problem?
A sports car moving at constant velocity travels 130m in 5.1s .
a) If it then brakes and comes to a stop in 4.1s , what is the magnitude of its acceleration?
b) Express the answer in terms of "g's," where g=9.80m/s2.

initial velocity, u = (distance/time) = (150 / 5.1) = 29.41 m/s
Now when he applied brakes, final velocity, v = 0 m/s
Time taken to stop = 4.1 sec
So, v = u + (a*t)
a = (v - u) / t = -(29.41 / 4.1) m/s2 = - 7.17 m/s2 [negative because of deacceleration]
(b) 7.17 = (7.17 / 9.80) g = 0.73g
