I'm not writing a blog post or doing your homework for you, if that's what you're thinking.

In ebooks, Amazon's KDP has most of the market share. Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Apple and Kobo are fighting over the rest. There are probably a dozen more sites where you could self-publish, but I'd say most of them aren't worth the effort of setting up the account and formatting your books the way they want them.

In print, take your pick from createspace.com and lulu.com. Again, there are plenty of bit players, but they don't have the economies of scale (meaning their books are expensive) and they don't have distribution (meaning it's next to impossible for a stranger to buy your book).

Hi joey! so, you want to publish your book through an ebook publishing house, am I correct? If so, you need to navigate through this site http://authors.skillbites.net/the-process/ I've been using that site to publish my works as well.
