YES you can use your Washington Enhanced License to cross the Border into Canada. You can use it at ANY land crossing INTO Canada. Over 200 to choose from.

Enjoy your visit. Crossing the Border is more than just having a Drivers License.

    To visit Canada, you must:

    have a valid travel document,

    be in good health,

convince an immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country,

convince an immigration officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your visit, and

have enough money for your stay. (The amount of money you will need can vary. it depends on things like how long you will stay, and whether you will stay in a hotel or with friends or relatives.

EDIT part of convincing a border agent you will leave Canada is having the documents to do so,

In your case your license to get you BACK to the USA.

To enter Canada legally, even a regular driver's license is fine. All you need is basic ID that shows that your nationality is American.

The upgraded requirements are to re-enter the USA. Your enhanced license is acceptable to US Customs, so, you are good to go.

    Yes it will.

The state doesn't matter, it's the information that's encoded and stored on the chip in the license that matters. I've used a BC EDL to cross to Michigan, New York and Ontario as well as my more usual BC/WA crossing.
