Phone Help Please!?!?!?

I have a Nokia Lumia Windows phone, and recently it just stopped allowing me to watch videos or listen to music. i cant open pandora and i can get to a youtube page but when i click a video it says loading, and then goes back to the page i was on.

try turning it off for a few minutes and turning it back on
