What to do to get my car title in my name or get a new car title to my car?
I bought a car from this dude and I cant get in contact with him to get his signature. I have the title but he didn't sign it correctly

You'll have to get in contact with him so the title can be corrected. That's the only thing you can do.

Go back to motor vehicle and try a different clerk. I always check to make sure the signature is the same as printed on the front of the title, but once in a while someone slips one by me. If the clerk is having a bad day, you don't get a title. Try again.
