Can I sew yahoo for deleting a question I asked?
It seems to me this would fall under equal opportunity. I asked a perfectly legal question and someone that didn't like the subject I was talking about deleted my question.
Wouldn't this fall under equal opportunity? Like if someone asked a gay rights question and they deleted it because they didn't like gays? However I doubt yahoo would ever take offense to gay rights questions or anything regarding liberal anti-gun, anti-religious anti-American questions.

its a privately owned website. they have a policy. without knowing what the question said we cant say whether or not you broke the policy. but yes, they can delete any question so long as they justify their reasoning. ive had questioned deleted but questioned the decision and won the appeal. you are free to do the same and see what happens.

"Can I sew yahoo"
Um, no, Yahoo's a website, so you can't use a needle and thread on it.
You can't *sue* them, either, which is what I assume you meant. Well, I suppose technically nothing can stop you from suing them, but you won't win (unless you prove Yahoo is wrong about your question violating the terms of service). Free speech is not at issue because Yahoo is a private website, not the government. The concept of free speech guarantees that the government will not stop you from expressing your ideas, not that you will be allowed to express them in exactly the forum you want to use to do so. Yahoo has every right to determine what they will and will not permit on their website; if you don't like it, find a website that will permit what you want to say, or start your own.

Do you mean sue, or are you going to sew some shirts for them?
This is just a question/answer forum. Nothing is legal advice or contractual. It's not worth much, and Yahoo has every right to fix what they will allow or not.
Move on, go read a book.

make a new account and re-read the terms and conditions. Maybe you can find a loop hole. I'm sure you won't be able to win the case. But I'm sure its possible if you push the issue enough with a good lawyer. Just like the gay people who sue churches that don't marry them. They are now trying to make it illegal to not marry a gay couple in a church or take the pastors licence away.

You mean like a quilt? You're going to sew a yahoo quilt? If you attempt to sell it, you'll likely need to get a license/permission to use their name (it's trademarked).
