2000 dodge ram will not start?

I have a 2000 dodge ram and this morning when I tried turning it on it wouldn't start. There is a loud click noise and a humming noise. All the accessories turn on including radio and dash lights. It shouldn't be the battery because I just got a new one a month ago. Yesterday it started to start slow now it won't. Please Help

Update:

It will not turn over

If it ran fine when you last shut it off, I would think starter as well with the way you described it.

Its a far shot but my old bronco made that noise and it turned out to be flywheel teeth had cracked off, so maybe.

That sounds like a bad starter/solenoid

You never said if the engine was turning over but i think I would check the catylitic converter...if it can push exhaust out it wont start.
