Oral health help please (see description)?
I seem to have small cuts all over my tongue, I can no longer taste things as well as I used to and I lack saliva. I have seen a doctor but they just gave me fake saliva which hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

I don't think anyone here will be more qualified than your doctor. You might also get misleading information.
Go back to your doctor and tell him/her it's no better.
Or, you can go to your dentist; they are qualified in oral healthcare matters.

Dry mouth could be Sjogren's disease. My tongue was sore and dry, everything burned. Found out I was vitamin B12 deficient.

Sounds like an allergy to me....maybe a food one or a different allergy...I'd go to an allergy doc and get fully tested....here's some tongues that had allergies I used Google to find for you

See another doctor. Not all doctors are good doctors.
