You shouldn't have bothered with that. You should have left her and her problems to herself because you're not her special person. You don't really have a right to take care of some of her troubles. You should apologize to her. Apologize about the things you think you did wrong and don't say anymore. Don't make up any excuses either. Just apologize. Hopefully she will forgive you.

Give her some space to think for a couple of days. Girls need room to breathe when they're angry (well, I know I do). When you feel you should speak to her again, just be honest with her.
