    Difference Between Order And Judgment

Order of the court is where a person is directed to do what is said by the courthouse judge.

Judgement is between two parties and one may receive the ruling favor of the judge after substantial evidence has been viewed. Vs the other who will receive and order of the court to follow out the orders.

Usually, the Order of the court will be announced verbally and you can receive a copy from the judge bailiff. If not then usually in the mail within 5-7 business days.

A court order is a formal order issued by a court that directs a person (or company) to do something. This might be to carry out a certain task, pay damages, stay away from a certain location, or anything else the court is legally authorised to do.

A judgement (or finding) is a decision by the court as to what happened in a given situation. This usually relates to which side of a court case has won.
