Computer Help Please!?!?!?

So my monitor on my PC isn't working. When you push the power button on it a little thing comes up saying "No Signal" and R,G,B over the red green and blue, and then the screen goes back to being black. The tower works, and you can take CDs out of it, but they don't run if you put them in. The wireless printer also works, but i dont think that that is related to my problem. I've already checked and made sure that each cable/cord was plugged in all the way so idk what's wrong. Thnx

I agree with the first 2 - it is the only way to troubleshoot the problem.

Altho - when you restart the computer you should see something on the screen if it is your graphics card. You should be able to press F8 several times and get into safemode.

I assume you tried restarting the computer?

    1) first check your monitor plug another your or friend pc if it shows picture then the monitor is working.

IF NOT then may be the wire may be damaged or broken , so may be check with another VGA cable if monitor works then cable is faulty.

    2) problem may be related to graphics card. if it external then check it isn't loosen from the slot in which it is plugged. if it is OK, then consult with your service engineer.

Could be monitor or video card. Try another monitor and you'll know.
