How do I delete a question?

Deleting Questions and Answers

Only open questions and answers can be deleted.

Return to the question and at the bottom click on what looks like a pencil and click on that option on the dropdown window.

To delete an answer, return to the question and you will see the delete option at the bottom of your reply.

Under certain circumstances the Answers team will ‘consider’ deleting questions or answers if you have posted private information like your name and address etc.

Once resolved or in voting you can't delete them.

To delete a question while it's still open, go to the question , pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, click Delete Question.

All you can do is hope it is reported as a violation even resolved questions can be removed that way.You could try emailing the YA team y_answrs_team@yahoo.com

explaining as to why it (they) should be deleted,. however Yahoo will only delete questions if they violate the community guidelines or reveal personal contact information (e.g. email address, full name, phone numbers, address etc). Check the link.
