When I opened Yahoo after not turning on computer for about three days this site comes up.I have my.yahoo.com listed in options as homepage but will not go there. I changed nothing added nor deleted anything just started computer and opened browser.How does one get rid of this,and where did it come from?

Click this link to get to the homepage, http://www.yahoo.com/
While on the homepage, click Tools, click Internet Options.
Then if there is something else in the box, back space it out and type the link in.
Also you can click "Use Current" click Apply and ok. Restart the computer.
There is no telling what this could be, with everything going on with Yahoo these days.
You can clear the browser cache of cookies, temp files and history, click Ok and Restart the computer to see if it clears it.
