Your car probably wasn't made for HID and that's tempering with the amperage that is pulling across your wires and shorting out your ballasts. Do you have THE proper wire harness installation with the proper FUSES in place BEFORE your ballasts?
I'm going to go on a wild guess here and assume you bought a "PNP" kit or "Plug and Play" kit that connects directly to your stock headlight connections. I'd take those HID components out and put your old halogen bulbs in.
It's also ILLEGAL to put in HID bulbs in your HALOGEN projectors.

Factory HID is the way to go. But each light bulb and transformer is very expensive. I would be checking grounds and voltages going on line with the manufacture of those kits. and converting back to halogen stock bulbs.
