I need to sell a mobile home in KY and it needs to be moved. Who could I turn to?

I am not sure the best venue to use to do this. Since family owns the land it's on and has no desire to sell the property I am a bit stuck. I really just want to be done with this home.

Update:

The home is 11 years old and most real estate agents won't touch it because the home needs to be moved.

Update 2:

It's near Fort Knox and around $20k. Book value is $28k. Until this week I had no idea there was a book value on trailers.

You can sell it on any venue where property is sold. Unfortunately the market will be small. Most mobile parks only allow newer models brought into a park. How old is it? We sold my dads for scrap metal.

Contacr local MH dealers and ask them. Very often the cost of moving the unit is more than the value - it can be 10K or more to move them. You can also dismantle it, sell off anything usable and let the rest go for scrap.
