My boyfriend had a nightmare about me last night?

My boyfriend had a nightmare that I was pregnant with twins last night. He told me this morning about it. He said that in his dream I was taking my birth control religiously (which I do) and that somehow it failed and I became pregnant with twins. How should I take this nightmare? How would you take it?

    you should take it as you man not being ready to have kids. Are women really this silly they have to ask this?

    I'd take it as your boyfriend is extremely immature and paranoid.
