How to Jailbreak iPhone 4 ios 6.1.3?

i want to know a working jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 in iphone 4 i have tried one using the program redsn0w and all it did was break all the apps on my phone so i had to restore it.

Update:

or a way to downgrade to 5.1.1 without that shsh blob stuff because i have no idea what that is and the phone is new so i cant get those anyways.

all the youtube videos are of redsn0w which i know doesnt work because as i said all it did was break all the apps on my phone.

or a downgrade to 6.1.2 would also work fine

    Look on youtube, i used to jailbreak all my iphones havnt done it to my 5.

    But all the videos i used were from youtube, read the comments and see if it worked for others
