I brush my teeth twice a day but?
But they still hurt! I brush my teeth with sendodine toothpaste (sorry for spelling?) because my teeth are very sensitive! What can I do to reduce the sensitivity or to improve my "teeth routine"
Thank you xx

Use an electric toothbrush, when used correctly they have a much more efficient & gentle action & cause minimal damage. Brushing too hard can cause recession which exposes the softer, sensitive part of the tooth & causes sensitivity.. If you use sensodyne then apply the toothpaste as an ointment to the necks of the teeth after brushing normally, this will block up the tubiules (like pores in your skin) that let cold reach the nerve. If you get no improvement see your dentist. Running the toothbrush under a hot tap can help soften the bristles which may also help
Your oral hygiene routine should consist of brushing twice a day for 2 mins with a fluoride toothpaste & flossing and using interdental brushes daily.
