We'll my brother called me upstairs and I can't hear him because I'm in the basement and he comes home saying I wasted his 40$ dollars does it seem fair?background info- my brother is upstairs and he can hear the phone and doesn't pick it,but if I can't hear it nothing should be upon me right? I have the older one the one calling and the middle child ( the one up stairs).

Reread your question as you've written it aloud. Go back and figure out which words are missing from what you wrote. Then it might make better sense. As it is now, what you've written sounds like random phrases stuck together.
