i am diabetic operated for cataract one year ago Now i see some black clouds in vision.... any precautions?

doc says nothing---- but they obstruct my vision thanks

    See a retina specialist. The eye of a diabetic is vulnerable to many types of disorders, most notably injury to the blood vessels of the retina.

    Uh! I am told I need to be operated for cataract.

    Do you test your blood sugars level, could be floaters in the eyes from high blood sugars.
