Hey,zombies r dead so that means that they don't use therr lungs which also means they can't run cuzz they need to breath in order to run which also means they can only walk,the ones in world war z were really dead,there just infected people and still use therr lungs and no its not weird,in fact I would do the same thing and remember there's a big difference between an infected and a zombie.just keep it in mind when the time comes.
