Which is the best broadband connection for home and has the best service?
I currently have BSNL but its sickkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!! It keeps giving red light on the internet LED and keeps disconnecting and then connecting again and again. My father and me are the most one FED UP! My whole family is desperate and fed-up. Neither they pick up phone (NEVERRRRR) nor come to house for checking the problems when complained in their offices.
I can't put up an airtel connection as our area is under the coverage (means wiring is not there). So I need to know a very very good unlimited broadband connection (MODEM WITH FAST WIFI) ... And also good service like they pick up phones and come to house at once to check the problem.

Would recommend you to go for Tikona. My experience with them till now is great!! they are reliable, and have great range of plans. You can check out their website they even have some customized plan, do try if are looking something within your budget. Also if i have to comment on their customer care they have nice customer support team, always there to fix up your issue..

If you have airtel available in your area, then go for it. It would be little expensive then BSNL, but you will see the difference in customer support. If you don't have that option then go for BSNL DataOne 750 unlimited. the speed should be good enough for all your internet usage. While watching videos on you-tube it may take some time to buffer but it works good with all other applications. Anyway you always have the option of changing the plan at a later stage if you want to.
