How to cope with stress before a Rugby game?

So today I got asked on the phone by my coach to join the Starting XV for the 1st team. And this weekend we're playing the best team in the country. Pretty much said, Im utterly nervous right now and images of me screwing up are going through my brain. How do I stop this and make sure I play at a 100%. Im a good player just not confident about myself and tend to get way too nervous. Also im in a new team so my relationship with my new comrades isn't totally at 100%. I spoke to a big portion of them but other than that the chemistry between us is still a tad bit foreign. Guys I'd appreciate some help.

Fullback, Wing and Center.

Just remember that your playing a team sport so no matter how bad you are you aren't in it alone. Also picture yourself scoring and being the best. This works for me but I still get a little nervous on kick off. (I play fullback, Wing, Center and second row)

It is just an individual thing. The worse you will come across is waiting for a kick but you'll always have support. Don't worry and enjoy.
