It's still there, it's just partially hidden. Directly beneath the LGBT link in the Cultures & Groups banner, you will perhaps see the top of the Senior Citizens link. If you can't see it, move your cursor around the area until it changes from an arrow to a pointing hand, and click.
It's obviously a flaw with their design that they will hopefully fix soon.

KT: The U.S. has changed the format which is not working properly. I am using the Canadian site to stay with the old format.
Seniors is still there under Society and Culture>Cultures and Groups>Senior Citizens
