Absolutely not. I'm amazed at the people who think Mike Tyson can't take a punch. How many men would stand up to Razor Rudduck's biggest punch? Tyson took many of them. I dare say that Tyson's chin is one of the hardest in the sport's history.
It's true that Tyson has been stopped six times in his career. However, none of them were the result of any lack of ability to take a punch. All of Tyson's stoppage losses were the result of his poor stamina, which he suffered from even during his prime.
The difference between Young Tyson and Young Foreman is that, while both relied on power and sought to blast an opponent out early, Foreman was harder to hit because doing so required taking a bigger risk. Basically, Foreman could hit you back. Tyson's quick but he's really not that hard to hit. He uses his skills only for short periods of time and spends the remaining time swinging for the fences.
This is also the reason Foreman was able to start another career. While he never learned to pace himself in his youth, he fought more patiently in his later years. Tyson would not have that same luxury because of his style and the fact that he was simply easier to hit. Smaller men, who carry that much weight, will always tire faster.
Tyson's problem wasn't his chin. It was his stamina.

Tyson had a fantastic chin. Stamina was a problem. Tyson would never get KO'd in early rounds, apart from by a george foreman who was too powerful for anybody and would destroy tyson.

no way he took some monstrous shots from razor ruddock in there 2 fights ruddock was known as a good puncher same thing for lennox lewis evander holyfield , buster douglas also good punchers both of those 3 give tyson a hell of a beating and he kept coming

Douglas dropped Tyson once and Tyson was counted out trying to get his mouthpiece off the canvas obviously he was not aware of what he was doing. Mike Tyson had a pretty good chin he just had poor stamina. 'Buster' Douglas hit Tyson with halatius punches that would of knocked out a dinosaur. http://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=Tyson+vs.+Doug...

No.
Tyson had one of the better jaws of any heavyweight champion. He took TREMENDOUS shots and kept on coming, while landing his punches and dazzling opponents with his speed and KO technique. He could withstand the best of them.

Yeah, maybe 12 inch thick glass. He's taken shots to the face that would kill a moose.
